water bug: n; any of a family of very large predatory aquatic bugs capable of inflicting a painful bite.

Last Friday we had a nice rain storm pass through our area. Once the storm had left, it warmed up outside and we decided to go out and play in the puddles. Jordyn saw the water and ran to it and we had a fight to get her out. As you can see by the last few pictures, she didn't want to leave. This girl is quite the water bug. If she sees water, she wants to play in it. She'll play in the sprinklers when we're watering the lawn and she knows exactly where the dogs water bowl is at Grandma Wilson's house. She goes swimming almost daily (the only time she doesn't is if it's storming outside). When it's bathtime she crawls up the stairs as fast as her chubby legs will let her and then she pushes the drain back down when you try to get her out. What can I say... she's our little water bug.

It definitely looks like you have a water bug for sure. How fun! Summers will always be fun with her if she loves the water that much.
ReplyDeleteI love how adventurous she is. She just hops right in without a second thought. Go Jordyn!
