I don't even know where to start. Life at the Zugner house has been full of ups and downs this past week. Sunday we another rock was placed in the road. We were called in to a meeting with our bishop and a member of the stake presidency early that morning (7:30am to be exact). When we got there we saw a room full of other families. At this meeting we were told that ward boundaries had been realigned and we were now in a different ward. No big deal, we were going to be changing wards soon anyway. The stumbling started when we were informed that the new ward started at 2:30. You see, Erik leaves for work at 2:00 EVERY Sunday. When we tried to bring this to the attention of those in charge and see if we could stay in our old ward until we moved (in about 4-5 weeks) we were told no and that the meeting times would change soon enough. I truely feel as those our concerns were misunderstood and that those we talked to didn't completely understand our situation. We are hoping that by next Sunday we will have a more clear idea of where we will be moving to so we can attend that ward and Erik will get the opportunity to attend church with us. In the mean time this stumbling stone was added to the rest and Sunday the pile was so high that we actually tripped. We had a day full of prayers and tears and deep conversations as we tried to figure things out and get back on our feet again. As of right now we're not yet up and running but we are moving at a crawl as we try to continue to put our faith in our Heavenly Father and his plan for our family. We don't know why things happen the way that they do but we try to take them in stride. Sometimes we stumble and sometimes we fall but as long as we get back up and keep moving forward the Lord will continue to move the stones out of our path.
