5 months (and a few days)

Jordyn turned 5 months old on the 4th of February. Erik and I celebrated this grand occasion by going to the temple for the first time since she was born. It was a great experience and a well deserved break from our little busy body. Jordyn is wanting to grow up a lot faster than I think she should. On the 6th of January she rolled over from back to front for the first time, and if that wasn't enough, the following day she rolled over from front to back. By the next week, she was sitting up by herself, and at the rate she's going, she'll be crawling by the end of this month. She can pull herself up onto her knees as of right now, she just can't quite figure out how to move forward. Jordyn can scoot, but she is directionally challenged. She goes in circles and backwards. Our little girl also sits at the dinner table with us where she loves to eat applesauce and bananas. She is learning to drink from a sippy cup and likes to try to feed herself. Jordyn definately keeps us busy, but she is a joy to have around and we love her very much.
(Erik threw a snowball at Jordyn while playing in Utah)
