1.5

Today my little "Big Girl" turns 1.5. She is growing up so quickly, and is learning new things every day. Jordyn loves to tell people, "Jordy big girl". She loves going to "baby walmart" to visit the babies, she also likes church because of all the babies, and knows that when we go to the gym she gets to play with even more babies (yes, she is still obsessed with babies).
However, she's discovered some other fun things, she loves airplanes, horses, puppies, and slides. We go to the park at least a couple of times a week, we take her to feed the horses treats almost weekly, and fortunately for her, we live under the flight path for the Houston Airport so she gets to see planes frequently.
As for puppies, she got a couple of stuffed animal ones for Valentines Day, and daddy won her a couple more at the Houston Rodeo carnival last weekend. Jordyn has recently learned her shapes, and can count to 5 all by herself. Right now, we're working on colors. She loves to go to the library's "baby time" and enjoys reading stories. On the other hand, Jordyn is getting quite a little attitude. She loves to tell me "no, no, no" and shake her head when she doesn't want to do something. She's also very particular about what shoes she wears, and if you try to put on the wrong pair (she usually wants her white dress shoes) she'll kick her legs and squeal.
She's also turning into a very picky eater. She loves cereal and yogurt, but other than that, you're lucky if you can get her to eat. She is such a fun little girl and I just love watching her play. We truly enjoy having Jordyn in our home, and she makes our lives very rich and fulfilling.
