technical difficulties
Our one and only computer is experiencing technical difficulties (the keyboard is not working on our laptop) so we will be absent for a while. We're hoping to be back online next week at the latest. Until then. . . Signing off from the mobile updates

Little Comedian
Jordyn is turning into a little comedian. She has us rolling in laughter quite often. Here's a list of a few of the funny things she does and says.
~ While in Utah, Heather (my older, but not wiser, sister) and I took our kids to a local splash pad. After a while, Jordyn decided she was done and started taking off her swimsuit. This is as far as she got (don't worry, no one else was there to see her cute little cheeks).
The funny thing is that she kept walking around trying to show us her "plumber" and now she thinks this is a good look for her and frequently pulls her pants down to show us her "plumber"
~ The other day, Jordyn was wearing a shirt that read "I'm a little monkey." One of our neighbors asked her if she was a monkey, she stated, "NO! I'm a goat!"
~ One of Jordyn's favorite games to play is ring-around-the-rosies (by herself) she'll turn in circles and sing the song until she's dizzy and then she'll stand up and try to twirl some more.
~ Some of our funniest conversations with Jordyn happen in the bathroom while she's taking care of nature's call, but I'm not sure they're decent enough to post online. We'll just say, some people look for shapes in clouds, other's look for shapes in . . . well, you get the picture.
I'm sure there will be more funny incidents in the future and I know that I'm not remembering all of the ones we've experienced, so check back I'll add them as I remember.

We're Back!
We are finally back from our extended stay in Utah, and somewhat rested. We had a fun and busy schedule while we were there. We went to the cabin (where we went fishing, and four wheeling, and for walks to see the turkeys),
we went hiking and swimming, we chased lizards and hunted for snakes, Jordyn played with cousins and had her first sleepover (Erik & I went to Vegas and left her with Aunt Heather for the night),
and celebrated several birthdays,
but the main reason we traveled to Utah (and then to Colorado and then back to Utah again) was to see Uncle Colt and Aunt Karen get married!
Slowly, over the course of the next month (or more) I'll hopefully be able to catch up on all that has happened over the last several weeks. Until then. .

P.S. This is how most of the wedding shots I got look, Colt, Karen & Jordyn or Karen & Jordyn. Right now, Erik & I are wishing we would have left Jordyn with them, she's not adjusting to being home very well.
